Camera phones are the newest accessory, but what do you do with the camera phone pictures once you take them?

You’re having fun taking digital photos with your new camera cell phone, but now you’ve run out of room for any more digital pictures. Don’t worry, you don’t have to delete all those great cell phone images. You can upload them to the internet and share them with your friends, or better yet, e-mail the cell phone photos to all your friends, right from your camera. The article "Sending cell phone photos to your friends" talks more about this wonderful option.

Storing your Phone Pictures

For longer term storage and sharing of your camera phone pictures, first, you need to attach your cell phone to a computer with an internet connection. You would have received a camera to computer cord with your cell phone camera, and if you didn’t, go back to where you purchased the camera cell phone and ask for one. Then you can transfer your camera phone’s pictures to your computer.

From here, the camera phone pictures are like any digital photo where you can send the digital images to an online digital photo service to share online with your friends, or order digital prints of those fun memories you captured with your camera cell phone.

There are several good digital image online services that can provide you with camera phone photo sharing and printing. The advantage of an online digital photo service is that you can either upload your cell phone images from your computer, or you can email them. One of the largest and easiest to use is Kodak EasyShare Gallery: which includes a nice help section on how to best use your cell phone camera.

With an online digital photo service, anyone with a camera cell phone can now share their photos with family and friends in so many ways, including sending those special camera phone pictures to your friend’s camera cell phone.
